At TMT Insurance, we understand the relationship between the success of our company and the well-being of the community we live, work and serve.

TMT Foundation was established in 2016 with the objective of giving back to our community and help underprivileged families from our beloved
country, Vietnam. In the last 6 years, we have impacted families in over 52 communities of the poorer regions of Vietnam by delivering over
16,000+ care packages (rice, noodles and basic condiments).

TMT founders Magalie and Tony have been continuing to go back to Vietnam to personally give a hand to the dozens of local volunteers running the
operation and have been doing it through our charity team during this global pandemic. This year, we would like to maintain this incredible
momentum by doubling our objective and reach out to 10,000 families by raising $75,000. We are proud to announce that we will match each of
your donation in hopes of reaching a total of $150,000 goal to get 10,000 care packages. Your donation will help us buy, prepare and hand out care
packages once again.

Project 1: 10,000 care packages (rice bag, box noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, oil) Where: 25 provinces of Mien Bac, Vietnam to share love
with the poorest families in each region. Cost: $13-$15/ package depending on location.

Project 2: Charity eye surgery program for poor patients and elderly people. Where + When: Dinh Quan, VN 6/18 and 6/19/2022 Kien Giang,
VN 6/25 + 6/26/2022 Binh Thuan, VN 7/2 + 7/3/2022 Cost: $38/person x 500 We are looking to focus on 500 elderly and poor who is in need of eye
surgery due to cataracts. More than half Americans will have cataract or cataract surgery before 80 while these poor elderly and less fortunate in
Vietnam who don't have the money to get cataract surgery will have to live with this clouding of the eye behind the pupil. Over time these patches in
the eye usually becomes bigger causing blurry vision and eventually blindness. We hope you can join hands to help us bring light to them. All funds
raised will be used to pay for medications and eye surgery.

Please join hand in hand with us on our journey to share love. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. TMT Foundation is registered as a 501c3
nonprofit organization and all donations will get a donation receipt.
