As a remote area in Quang Binh province, this village is located behind long arid fields. roads are difficult, people are affected by many floods, the poverty rate is increasing, because affected by the flood they have no water to use, the water here is something rare for them!

2. Trung Quan Village, Duy Ninh Town, Quang Ninh District, Quang Binh Province, November 2, 2020

There isn’t a house big enough to hold 115 packages. So, with the intention to deliver all of it to the people, we had to park our car in the middle of a small road to hold the event. They people were honestly happy and considered themselves lucky lately. Before we came, they almost don’t dare to cook rice. It was a luxury they couldn’t afford.

3. Loc Long Village, Xuan Long Town, Quang Ninh District, Quang Binh Province, November 2, 2020

People here rarely receives relief goods since the place is situated in a very remote area.

In the middle of that hot and sunny day, we saw the significantly thin faces of people and children who were gazing at the packages we brought. We can see in their eyes how eager they were to get the gifts.

4. Village 2, Xuan Duc Town, Xuan Ninh Town, Quang Ninh District, Quang Binh Province, November 2,2020

As one of the communes in the deepest part of Quang Binh province, people’s life is made more extremely difficult by the heavy damage from floods. Most of their property is swept away by the flood. However, people were very happy to receive gifts from TMT FOUNDATION, many aunts and uncles say that because the area is too far away, sometimes they don’t get any help when they run out of rice to eat! Therefore, they really appreciated the gift from TMT FOUNDATION.

Although this place has a large population, it is surprising because the people’s awareness about us is very good! They lined up in a long line and stood seriously without jostling. They all waited patiently and went home happily.

6. Cultural houses in Tan Tien, Cam Thuy and Le Thuy villages in Quang Binh, November 2, 2020

As a small village with a small population, there are still many difficulties! Floods every year causes a high poverty rate.

We were impressed with the initiative taken by the village headman. He held a loudspeaker and announced to invite people to the modern village cultural house to receive gifts from TMT Foundation. A few minutes later, people were already gathered. They were all wearing smiles as they received the packages, we prepared for them.
